Last week Raw saw the suprise return of The Rock, this week Raw will see the much hyped return of The Undertaker
For the last month WWE has promoted the return or debut of a mysterious wrestler with the 02.21.11 promos. Many have speculated on who the promos were for but it seems that it will be the return of The Undertaker(sorry Sting fans).
Tonights Raw will also feature the start of the WWE Title feud. Last night John Cena became the number one contender for Miz’s freshly defended title. Wrestlemania will also take shape tonight with other Mania match feuds being featured. It is rumored that Triple H will be taking on The Undertaker in another career vs. streak match and CM Punk is expected to take on Randy Orton.

Jim Ross has updated his blog with comments on CM Punk, Austin hosting Tough Enough and the rumors of Sting debuting for WWE at Wrestlemania
CM Punk’s Character: “Is there a better wrestling villain on TV these days than CM Punk? Arguable question but for my sauce, Punk is right there at the top of the heap with a handful of his peers.”
Steve Austin Hosting Tough Enough:“Steve Austin is very excited about hosting the new season of Tough Enough. It will be interesting to see how much star power and expertise is put in place when the training staffis announced. My instincts say that Austin will have a strong team to help him with the trainees. This will be a great opportunity for Stone Cold to be Stone Cold and to re-engage his many fans on a weekly TV series of which I have great expectations for and will be watching and DVR’ing every week. I do not know the status of Tough Enough airing outside the USA for those that are asking.”
Sting: “The Sting stories that have been on line regarding him coming to WWE have taken a life of their own. Will Sting ever come to WWE? Does a 51 year old guy want to engage in an ambitious, road schedule or any schedule? Could a deal be done and all the pieces be put in place before WM27? Is Sting even remotely interested in re-entering the squared circle on any level? I don’t know the answersto these questions nor, would I suggest, does anyone but Sting himself.”
“Agreed, any thing is possible but what is feasible, doable, etc are questions that none of us can answer. I have seen Sting once in approximately 15 years and that was for about 5 minutes in Charlotte last year at the annual fan convention. I do know that he is a great human being after being around him for over two decades beginning when he came to work for Bill Watts as one half of the Bladerunner tag team with Warrior. They were known as Sting and Rock as I recall when they began their careers with the large Cowboy. Some of my best memories of calling wrestling bouts involved Sting back in the day in UWF and in WCW.”
In a recent interview Chris Jericho discusses his plans on returning to WWE and hinted that a deal is almost done
Returning To WWE: “I consider it always because it’s not like it was in 2005 where I was sick of wrestling. Sick of it is maybe a harsh word. Disenchanted, I guess, is a better word.”
“I wasn’t disenchanted when I left in September. It was just my contract was up. That was it. And there were other things just waiting to come through. Even if I was coming back, I always would have taken those four months, three months off to do the Fozzy tours. Then other things have kind of popped up to delay my return.”
His WWE Contract Status: “I mean, there’s a deal on the table,” he said. “A deal on the table that’s 90-percent done. There’s a couple of minor things that we had to hammer out. It would just be a matter of what other stuff is going on and how that stuff is going.”

A return or debut of a wrestler is set for the Monday night after Elimination Chamber
Last night at TNA Impact tapings Eric Biscoff grouped Sting with Kevin Nash and Booker T who recently signed with WWE from TNA. This got fans wondering if Sting would go to WWE for Wrestlemania and be inducted into the Hall of Fame. With Wrestlemania emanating from Atlanta(home base of WCW under Warner) the chances of a former WCW wrestler being inducted are higher this year.
WWE is expecting The Undertaker to be back in time for Wrestlemania. Undertaker would have to return soon to have his rumored match with Wade Barrett. Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer also reports that if Undertaker is not healthy enough to wrestle on the show WWE may do a tag match, having Undertaker team with Kane to take on The Corre.

Miz retained his title at the Rumble with help from Nexus, tonights Raw will likely play a role in the fate of the WWE title heading into Wrestlemania
Last nights Royal Rumble provided possible new directions for WWE’s top stars. Randy Orton failed to capture the WWE title from Miz after CM Punk and Nexus interfered in his match. John Cena was thrown out of the rumble by WWE Champion the Miz and lost his shot at the title. With Elinination Chamber only three weeks away WWE will probably start the build to the PPV on tonights Raw. I would expect the PPV to be headlined by Punk, Orton, Cena, Miz, Morrison and Sheamus with the victor becoming the new champion.
Also coming out of the rumble was the return of Kevin Nash as Diesel and Booker T. The two men where said to have the biggest reactions of the night when they returned so they may be featured in storylines tonight. Rumors have had Booker getting another decent sized push as this may be his last run in the company and Nash may also receive a last run type push.

Kevin Nash and Booker T have been confirmed to return to WWE at Royal Rumble
from the Wrestling Observer-
There is a lesson to be learned here regarding shooting angles first and then trying to sign the guys up. Booker T is confirmed to be in the Royal Rumble. Kevin Nash is expected to be there as well. Both canceled autograph signings scheduled this weekend. Those in TNA and WWE both have confirmed Booker being expected at WWE instead of TNA on Monday. When it comes to Nash, his name was just removed from the TNA roster (even though he had “left” the company months ago). It is being reported he’s in the Rumble and all that does make sense but we haven’t had it confirmed by WWE people of that fact. Booker T and Kevin Nash had been earmarked to start on Monday with TNA as part of “They,” which makes Monday’s Impact very interesting as the only former Main Event Mafia member they can now bring in being Sting
Ric Flair upset with TNA managment walks out on Germany tour
from the Wrestling Observer-
Ric Flair had a blow-up after the house show in Dublin, Ireland yesterday and did not appear at today’s show in Berlin, Germany.
We don’t have a lot of details but Flair was asking for an advanced draw (cash advance) on the road and was turned down. At that point he refused to get on the bus to the airport, to fly to Germany. The bus left without him.
It is not known if Flair will rejoin the tour tomorrow or if he will or has flown home. If it’s the latter, it could signal the end of him with the company.
Situations between Flair and TNA management had built up in recent weeks although nobody could point to exact reasons why. Flair was always described as “teflon man” in the sense he was able to get away with things that nobody else could because he was Ric Flair.
